In addition to proactive monitoring, MCS also provides regular on-site support to address any issues requiring on-site presence and to drive service improvement initiatives.
MCS strongly believes that a combination of regular on-site visits combined with remote monitoring and support activities provides clients with the optimal level of support required. Proactive on-site support is pre-scheduled and provides the opportunity for MCS engineers to address any non-emergency desk side support or infrastructure activities.
