OutsourcingSome offshore organisations have little to no local IT support and therefore require an organisation, such as MCS, to act as their local IT provider – to learn and fully understand the customer’s environment to ensure quick and accurate resolution when a problem arises.  In cases such as this the service provider acts as the outsourced provider of the business function.

Customers can choose from the provision of a fully Managed Service including strategy, planning, procurement, user support, network monitoring and overall project management, or from a sub-set of services where MCS may simply manage and run a single element, such as a remote backup service. Delivered on a pre-scheduled weekly basis, clients are profiled to an appropriate managed service plan based upon a combination of the number of hours required or the specific service selected.
